Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns are only accepted under valid circumstances. If something is wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to contact us at contact-us@plateek.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • Your order did not arrive due to a confirmed delivery issue

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by your order number and proof of the issue (photo or video)

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Items that have been used or washed

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items that match the product and specifications selected when placing the order

Please check your order details carefully before placing it. We provide clear product information to help you choose the right item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 days.

All orders are sent into processing immediately and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Customers have 15 days to request changes to their order details.

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
